Information you provide

The review form asks for a clinic name, website if available, city and state, work email, and the area you want reviewed. The Botric booking form asks for a clinic name, website if available, and work email. The contact link opens your email service. Do not send patient names, treatment history, photographs, health information, or other medical information.

Why we use it

We use the information to prepare and deliver the requested business review, reply to questions, prevent abuse, understand the original campaign source, and keep the next step connected to the request.

When Botric may receive it

If you select help with Google or AI search, select both services, or book a call through our Botric page, we ask you to agree that Med Spa Audit may share the submitted business details with Botric. Botric uses those details to respond to the requested service conversation.

We're a Botric partner and may earn a fee if you become a Botric client. When you continue to Botric's calendar, we record the time and include a request reference in the booking link, so both companies can confirm the request came through Med Spa Audit.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores review requests, processes technical logs, and may deliver form notifications. Scheduling with Botric takes place through Botric's selected scheduling provider and is subject to the policies shown there.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits, see which pages people open, and record when a form is sent or a phone link is tapped. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling, page movement, and where visitors may find the site confusing. Both load only after you allow analytics. Form fields are masked, and we do not send your name, email, clinic, or website as analytics event values.

You can accept, decline, or change this choice using “Analytics choices” in the footer. If you withdraw permission, analytics stops for future activity on that visit.

The instant check

You start the instant check with your website and email. We email a link to your private report. You can add clinic details and treatments after seeing your results.

Cloudflare hosts the check, stores the request and results, runs abuse checks, and sends report emails.

DataForSEO receives the clinic and treatment searches needed to retrieve Google and ChatGPT results. Google receives your website address for its PageSpeed check.

Botric receives your submitted business and contact details only if you choose the optional Botric sharing box.

Check retention and report links

We keep check results and report requests for 180 days. Business contact records follow the retention policy in “Retention and requests” below.

Keep your report link private. During testing, a test code is also required. Once the public check opens, anyone with the link can open it.

Retention and requests

We keep review information for the time needed to answer the request, manage the business relationship, prevent abuse, and maintain ordinary business records. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@medspaaudit.com. Legal or security requirements may limit a request.
